Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: Once a course or test series is purchased, the fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Demo: We provide a free demo/mock test (“Minor 01”). Students are advised to attempt the free test before making a payment.
Technical Issues: In case of double payment or technical failure where the course is not unlocked, please contact us with payment proof. We will manually unlock the course or process a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 working days.
